These terms govern your use of iagentlabs.com. They cover the Site itself, not project engagements — those are handled by a separate signed agreement when we work together. If you don't agree with any of this, please don't use the Site.
Who we are
The Site is operated by I Agent Labs Private Limited ("I Agent Labs," "we," "us," "our"). Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
What you can do on the Site
You can browse our work, request a proposal, download our brochure, ask questions through our AI-powered FAQ, and contact us. That is the entire intended use.
What you can't do
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without our written permission, except short quotations with clear attribution.
- Reverse-engineer the Site, its features, or any of our deployed models or systems.
- Use the Site, the brochure, or our AI endpoints to generate spam, harmful content, or anything illegal.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related infrastructure.
- Scrape the Site at scale or use automated tools to overwhelm our services.
- Use any data you obtain from the Site to identify, contact, or harass other users.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Site — copy, design, code, the brochure PDF, our logo, our visual system — is owned by I Agent Labs Private Limited or our licensors. The Zennara reference and any third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
If we work on a project for you, ownership of project deliverables transfers to you on full payment, governed by our Statement of Work. The terms here do not override that arrangement.
AI features
The Site includes AI-powered features (the FAQ search and the project scoper). These use third-party language models. Their answers are generated, not authored by humans, and may contain errors.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We don't warrant that any AI-generated content is accurate.
We're a small team. We make mistakes. The Site may have bugs. We fix them when we find them. If you find one, please tell us — we appreciate it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Agent Labs Private Limited and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to ₹10,000 (ten thousand Indian rupees).
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law, and does not limit liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites (such as Zennara, our LinkedIn pages, and email addresses). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You can stop using the Site at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
